ah i feel your pain. i tried to use illustrator and had no clue where to start. i am used to photoshop and man was it confusing. Great job on the pic by the way, very cute with the contrasting colors between the fish and the background. ^_^

I just copy and pasted the whole buble group gave it a 7 gaussian blur and set it behind them
