So here is my entry to try and adopt IHS Aurora Lucem!
And yes, the story goes really fast and I'm sorry about that. If I win her I would lengthen it with several other drawings.

Aurora rushed blindly into the fray, screams strangled in her throat as she watched the horror unfold before her. The battle had been unexpected, and it was all her fault! Charging forward she rammed into a large black and gold stallion. He lashed his sharp overgrown hooves at her, she flinched and squealed painfully when she felt it rip a gash in her side. She kicked at the larger horse trying to get him to back down but it only made him fight harder. The stallion lunged forward snapping his wide jaws at her side, his eyes were filled with fear. Oh my! Is this what we have come to, that even my attacker is afraid, she thought frightened. Dodging another one of his chaotic frenzies she managed to slip out of range. Turning on her haunches she squealed and ducked between two fighting mares. Where is he? I can't find him, she carefully hopped over a snarling foal, "You're just a foal! Get out of here before you get hurt!"

The colt just eyed her with wide scared eyes. "Now," she yelled and shoved him to his feet. Enemy or not, no foal should fight like this. The small male didn't need a second warning, he nodded and scrambled frantically into the brush kicking up dust.

Coughing she struggled to find her way in the maze of flying dust and horse flesh, there were so many horses and they were all doing this because of her. Swiftly sidestepping out of the way she glanced guiltily at two growling mares. One of them was Rainy, had Alexander actually brought all the strongest horses to find her? As if in answer Spartan sent a large mare flying with a powerful kick. Grimacing she watched the enemy mare crumple to the ground whimpering. Turning back she heard Rainy taunt the opposing mare saying something along the lines of 'you dimwitted foal of a crossbreed'. She winced, that was an extreme insult at the stables, Alexander was a crossbreed but he wasn't a dimwit... was he? Well he had followed her to the heart of enemy territory. She felt an awful feeling creep into her very soul, d-did he love her?

"Alexander! Alexander," she screamed striving to hear his voice among so many others. Oh, why had she ever run away? The humans wouldn't be up for many hours and the horses were far, far away, from the stables. If only Camo had never taught her to unlock the gates, then none of this would have happened. She promised herself she would give him a hard kick when she returned home-- if she returned. Gulping she realized she could very easily be killed in such a high scale battle as this, the chance of survival would be slimmer even for the already exhausted Alexander. She couldn't believe that the Arabian stallion, after being sick, would so willingly come out and fight for her. It felt strange inside almost warm and bubbly, she wasn't sure she liked it.

Suddenly thrown off balance she was pinned by an emaciated paint mare. "We meeetttt agggaiiin Aaaauurrroooraaa Luuuceeem," she hissed. The insane light in her bloodshot red eyes unnerved Aurora. She thrashed trying to escape the mare, "I don't think so dearie, we have unfinished bbbuuuusssiiinneeesss."

"I DON'T HAVE ANY BUSINESS WITH A HALF-WIT LIKE YOU," she screamed into the mare's face. The mare's eyes betrayed her anger at Rora's outburst, but she chuckled. Rora knew she was in for it now. Watching the mare's hoof rush down towards her skull she braced for impact. Then it all went black...

Skarsbrennen paced eagerly in his cave awaiting the arrival of his beloved Aurora. Watching his sister drag the Equus Ballator mare in he could barely contain himself, insane grin widening immensely. "Well, hurry up will you," he growled impatiently.

His sister, Avanera, dropped the mare at his hooves like a rag doll. She quickly backed out of the cave to leave them alone and Skarsbrennen nodded, "Find Alexander... bring him to me alive... I have plans for him."

Avanera charged out the dark entrance leaving Skarsbrennen alone with Rora. He lay down and curl himself close to her, "Love, llooovvvee... wake up."
He could see signs of consciousness crawling into her, but her eyes remained firmly shut. Frowning he decided to use affection, something he had never been good at. Nuzzling her cheek roughly he grinned as her eyes shot open and her shoulder fur rattled.

He beamed as Rora glared at him, "You didn't think I would give up on us so easily, did you doll-face?"
She tried to stand upright but her legs were shaking to hard, she watched him stand up and she tried to bight at his hock, "Don't call me that!" She was not his 'doll-face', not anymore, "When I left you I never, ever, intended to come back. And I never will."

He flicked his tail in an amused fashion, "Not even if it would save your beloved Alexander's life?" He cackled and grinned slyly as Avanera pushed in a battered and bloodied Alexander.
Her eyes widened farther as she cried out, "Alexander!"

What will happen, will Alexander be reunited with Aurora? Or will Skarsbrennen get his way?

So =Fargonon is holding a contest to win this EB and I really like her so I'm trying out for her.
PLEASE NOTE Alexander and her could NEVER EVER have a foal because she is an EB.
If I win her though I would probably breed her to an EB stallion after a while, then Alexander would raise it as his own with her. Even though it wouldn't be his foal, in some way he would adopt it.
If I win her I will finish up this story and draw more to it. <3333
And no Skarsbrennen doesn't get away with taking her captive, a certain father of his would come unglued.

Hope I win, I just adore her design! But if I don't whoever wins her will be getting fan art from me!
