As for the creating the text in a circle, I used Adobe Illustor CS5.
-You create a path (with the pen tool), or a circle (shape) in my case.
-Convert it to a type path by clicking onto the type path with the type tool
-Than type your text in!
If you are familiar with Illustrator it may be easier to understand what I'm saying.
