PERSONALITY Skittish, jumpy, child-like. Joey isn't too likely to let men older than himself come near him. His mind is locked in a younger state, and he's prone to violent fits. "You can't touch me but I can touch you all I want." He is relatively unpredictable and dislikes being in crowded areas. Joey's attention span is pretty short, and he's not very likely to listen to reason or logic.

HISTORY Joey grew up in an orphanage on heszc after his parents died in a crash. He was fine, isolated, but unharmed until the age of six, when they made him start schooling. The other children were frightened and unnerved by his appearence. They bullied him, tormented him. At the age of ten, he made a single friend. A young girl by the name of Hyda. Their friendship lasted two years before Hyda was beaten to death by a group of older boys. This incident caused Joey to snap and attack the older boys. He killed them both, and was confined to strictly his room and the bathroom. It stayed like that for the next six years. He was attacked multiple times in the bathroom during that time, and when he was eighteen and kicked out of the orphanage he burnt it down. He spent four years on the streets, killing anything that so much as looked at him the wrong way. Then he met Magnokris- The man terrified him, though he spent an entire year with him anyways. The entire year having been spent in a tense, uneasy atmosphere.

POWER/ABILITY/WEAPONS Joey's left eye has been clawed out, leaving a gaping hole in his face. Looking into this gaping hole causes horrific hallucinations that last three minutes max. This is where he gets the name Nightmare from. There are also a large quantity of barbed, sharp-tipped tendrils lining the insides of his cheeks, throat and abdomen. These can be used as weapons at close range. Joey's eye glows in the dark.

WEAKNESS Older men. They terrify him and will cause a complete breakdown. He'll throw himself into a fit and attack without thinking. It's easy to overpower him during a fit. He's got a crippling fear of the dark.

Other Joey's fear of the dark was caused by being locked in a closet when he was younger.
Joey is mildly claustrophobic.
Joey's mind is trapped in a mix of his adolescent/pre-pubescent stage and his matured adult stage.
He's not very smart.
He can't read.
Even though his mentor/master is an older man and scares the everloving fuck out of him, he admires the older man.. At a safe distance, and takes his time being a complete douche canoe whenever he knows he won't get hit for it.
