it is. but when you deal with the number of chronic/epic pain disorders i do, its par for course. and honestly i should be on more, but i do my best to get by on what i have. me and my doctor have had long conversations about it. and have gone through so many different pain killers over the years that its ridiculous. the fact my kidneys and liver are fine, i.e. no damage at all is a miracle. (more proof as far as i am concerned that i am what i say i am.)
as far as i am concerned you're work is always worth faving. 
as for what that means, you're a smart girl, i know you'll figure it out.
