Newest piece to be an entry to Jenny-Jen's 3 and 4 Appreciation Months Contest. =^w^=My last one didn't seem as focused on the adorable twins as it should have, so I got to work! (Other Entry: [link] )
This was what sprouted from my brain:
3 and 4 were reading a book until they fell asleep, and I thought to myself, "What would the twins dream in? Simple question with an obvious answer! Book paper!"
My mom has a thing for altered book art, so that was a source of inspiration there on what to do, and thus, this was created! =^w^=
I used the Scientist's journal entries of the Stitchpunks births for the book.
1's is the background on the left.
2's is the left side of the tree.
3 and 4's is the boat and it's sail.
5's is the waves on the left.
6's is the waves on the right.
7's is the right side of the tree.
8's is the background on the right.
9's is the boat's mast. (I know, not much for dear 9)
3, 4, Stitchpunks, the Scientist, the Scientist's Journal Entries, and "9" belong to Shane Acker

I actually went to the official site, where there is an interactive book.

I used a zoom function to close in on the pages, and then Print-Screened them.
After that, it was a simple Paste and Crop in paint.
A tedious, but rewarding process. =^w^=
