Since I am sure no future comments will actually supply cirtique, I will.
Nothing wrong here. If you work on a seperate layer than the linework for colouring theres a neat trick to minimise the rough edges on your linework.
Once you finish colouring you can select the linework, then Go to Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur. Set it to a level where you have a clear blur but don't lose too much image integrity.
Then go Edit > Fade Guassian Blur and change the levels to what hits the spot for your satisfaction

I see that. But from what your comment indicates is that you atleast coloured this one.

I'm not gonna soften the lines because I dislike the soft looking edges that come after. Also the artist also flatted this piece if they wanted it different they would've known to change it.
