So Starbit is Rainbow Mario? How does he stay Rainbow Mario?? Did he swallow a star or something and it just never passed through his digestive system or does he have a endless supply of stars hidden somewhere or does he keep a star in his back pocket or what?

So does that mean that the Rainbow Mario music is constantly playing around him? Is it loud? How would he be able to hear anything over that music? Wouldn't it just get annoying as all heck?

Well, he's not glowing brightly, so that means he has no music playing(if any). When he's very bright and flashy with color, some can hear it.
