New series "Bubble Drops"This is NOT Photoshopped, the color is from different cloth in the background, and colored water.

What kind of bubble is over all of that? Almost looks like a soap bubble, but I wouldn't know how you manage to get it there at the same time as the splash

It is indeed a soap bubble... the kind you get kids so that they can blow bubbles with the bubble wand... I blow the bubble onto the water and it stays on the water usually for about 5-10 drops penetrating it... Positioning the bubble is a bit of a challenge though... LOL. I usually have to blow on it, or get my finger wet and lightly push it to the center of the baking dish that I use for my catch basin...

All of it's real, and a single shot as well... no photoshop... the water drop is dropped through the bubble...
