Dialogue:
Twilight looked up with amusement at the floating objects that her daughter used her projected magic on; she held a proud smile upon her face as she exclaimed, “That’s it, Pandora. You’re doing well.”
The smile almost dropped when Pandora faltered a little, but quickly returned, “Careful, dear; keep your focus.”
Using one paw now, Pandora’s gaze turned to her mother; she glanced away before looking back again, “Mum, I don’t see how this is to do with being a princess. I don’t see how any of these tasks are to help me in preparation of being a princess.”
“Panny,” Twilight looked at her daughter with a sweet smile, “A princess must expect the unexpected, and your subjects will ask of different things from you.”
“I get that, but what has levitating books and papers got to do with that?”
“Darling, we must do multiple jobs at once; this is merely to see if you can manage that.”
“Oh,” Pandora gave flatly; she continued with her task in silence, now with a solemn expression.
Twilight tilted her head, “Are you alright, dear?”
“Mum, what if I’m not cut out for being a princess? What if I’m as bad at it as I am at making friends?” Pandora gently let down the objects, as she did with her head; her mane fell over her face, “What if I’m not good enough?”
“Panny, dear, you have already come so far on such a long journey. You have already expressed such determination and loyalty to the kingdom. Things of which are important in a princess. Do you really want to give that up now?” She placed a hoof on her daughter’s shoulder, causing her to look up and shake her head; Twilight gave another sweet smile, using her own magic to shift back the loose strands of Pandora’s hair, “Sweetheart, you must believe in yourself. You have so much talent.”

Here's my entry for Lopoddity 's Pandoraverse Month Of Love contest :3 She said in the description of the contest that it can be any type of love, and didn't have to be shipping; I had the idea to do something with a mentor and student relationship - where they're helping one another -, and due to thinking most people would turn to Pandora for drawing for this contest, it took me a while to finally decide on actually who to draw. In the end, I gave in and went with Twilight and Pandora. I was more so inspired by the arc where a younger Pandora wanted to train to be a princess and I got the idea she would at least have one moment where she has low self esteem in her abilities to be one. Soooo, here it is :3 Also considering I hardly draw draconequus, Pandora looks really good
