I'm carrying on with the same theme as the night before's piece. The objective here is to listen to a piece of music and imagine something based only on the sound of the music and/or the lyrics. A similar approach was taken in the 1940 film, Fantasia, only with animation rather than still images. Wherever the music which inspired the piece is copyrighted, the music will not accompany the art process. Tonight's artwork was inspired by one of the tracks on Pokémon Mystery Dungeon, Explorers of Time and Darkness' soundtrack: 'Through the Sea of Time'. It was one of my favourite bits of music from the game growing up. Of course I couldn't use that music in the video which is linked below. But I think Kevin MacLeod's royalty free music, "Fire Prelude" makes a good stand in for it so I'm using that to accompany the video in its stead.

If you have any suggestions for future pieces of music for inspiration, feel free to suggest them below and see what springs forth from my drawing tablet.

Disclaimer: I will never draw inspiration from existing album art, etc, just the sound of the music. Any similarities to existing art are purely coincidental.
