Got the opal markings painted. Close ups of the opal effect to come. Much better in person, but yes the opal was done in two layers, a pale blue acrylic paint and then topped off with glittery nail polish. You heard right Nail polish. lol Love it though. Gives me the look I wanted with out being overly opal flash.

Next to paint the blue on it after it is all well and dry with the opal color. Then more taping off and painting. But then I will be 75% done. So I got lots of foam carving to do tomorrow for the horns. But even though I have no events really coming up this month I'd like it to be done for. I want it done by July 4th. It be cool to wear to the fireworks and pick-nicks at the park. Most of all because of my patriotic colors. Can not wait for it to be done and run around causing chaos.
