I really like this morning star; the wait was totally worth it! The fact that even the chains are made from crocheting is enough to make me like this. Now for Le Review.
Overall the piece was crafted very well, like i said i like the chains. I guess my only real questions would have to be, if i were to hold it, is the handle flimsy, or is there a rod or some sort of support in it to keep the handle upright? My other question is, are the chains themselves connected or are they free moving from the other?

The pattern is aimed at making kid safe toys so the instructions are for stuffing it with fiberfill however it would be very simple to use a wooden dowel wrapped in foam for adults. The links are all freely moving! It wouldn't be nearly so much fun if they were sewn together.
