So today where I'm living, they are having a Puerto Rican Parade and I thought to draw something for today.I pray for Puerto Rico's rebuilt from the hurricane disaster and for the people living there, I wish you all that things will return back to what it was.

No, but I have vacationed there for the summer. I live in the USA and yeah it is but it is an island that is a U.S territory.
