I feel like things have sorta gone back to normal, but other times I just feel so awful and ashamed of myself, it's a weight I don't like holding but welp can't really chuck it out... I wish I could

I think I worry too much tbh, sometimes not enough

also plz don't worry, I think things are getting a lot better actually, just trying to work through my feelings n'stuff still, and I do feel pretty hopeful of the future
