Well Tommy wouldn’t be a boy anymore I think he would be 18-19yrs old if he ever saw Gecko like this, the only way he could possibly  recognize him is by geckos yellow spines. And due to geckos volatile personality he would probably recognize tommy and attempt attacking him

Yes, but what if the effect of the serum that Gecko made Kaiju out of Gecko diminished and at least got him back to his previous behavior? Similar to Rampage with George.

it’s highly unlikely because the serum made genetic alterations to everything about him, it rewired his brain and changed his thought process. The only possible way for him to have his previous behavior is with some hard core training or some type of reversal serum, but the problem with the reversal serum is that it would change gecko back into a leopard gecko also this serum doesn’t really exist and if it does it only exist in small quantities :3
