I think this photo is a tad too busy and there are a few things that could be fixed...
I'm not the most perfect photographer in the world, but I hope that you take these comments as helpful, not insulting!
--- Things that can be done onsight, prior to shooting ---
The subject is obviously a beautiful woman, but by not having her turn her face further towards the camera, her nose "comes" off the side of her face and also the bridge of her nose causes her far eye to be cut off slightly.
Always check your models skin thoroughly. Just because they know how to put make up on, it doesnt necessarily mean that they look flawless (yes, I often do this - even to myself, when I am practicing self portraiture), get up, close and personal, and check if they have any skin imperfections, pimples etc, and if necessary, slather on some more foundation to smooth it out and cover it. Photography is the art of lying well enough that people believe what they are seeing.
If you are getting your model to pose as above, have them drop their shoulder closest to the camera, this does several things, it will give a sloping line from the neck along and over the shoulder and then onwards down the arm, and will pull any wrinkles out of the neck, as well as making the neck look longer, and the shoulder/arm look smaller (I have big man-like arm's in photos, so I definitely know about this!)
Beware of making people look up to you to be photographed, as occasionally, whites under the eyes makes the person look a little crazy (they do it in movies all the time - Scream 3, the crazy mother)

Some suggestions, of course, the image is fine as it is now, but one should always straight for fantastic images!
If the model wouldnt be too offended by it, I would shorten her nose a little so that it wasnt such a prominent feature.
I would crop the image closer on the left to exclude the ear and the bump on the back of the neck (from the angle she is holding her head), also crop more off the bottom, up to the lace on the top (near the end of the pearls) so that her arm isnt a large feature in the picture.
I would use blur and also an airbrush (Photoshop) to smooth the skin around her chin/cheek as there are a few blemishes, and lighten her skin tones so that the shadows above her nose werent visible.
