I DREW THIS OVER THE SUMMER. AND JUST GOT TO IT NOW. *flips table*;W; but the wait was SO SOSOSOSOSOSOOOOO worth it! <3 with my newly learned skills since then, it made the drawing more beautiful that it was even before! XD

Hmmm.... When Rukia entered the academy, she noticed Sasuke, but didn't acknowledge him at first. By the time they were about to graduate, she formed a little crush, BUT left the shrieking and yelling out, like how other fan-girls did. When Sasuke was forming Team Taka, she followed him and Suigetsu when they were getting Karin, Sasuke found out he was being followed and captured Rukia and held her hostage so she wouldn’t go back to leaf to report was she had seen. During that time, Sasuke got a bit attached to her and protected her. He offered her a spot in team Take, but Rukia rejected. It was until Sasuke killed Itachi, Team Take left her and the Leaf brought her back home.
After the Fourth Ninja War, Rukia confessed her love to Sasuke, their bond became stronger and eventually they became one

This has got to be my favourite piece of your artwork in your gallery! The colours are so bright and cheerful, and oh gosh, please teach me how to draw expressions! Lee and Sairah look adorable!
I've always wanted to learn to paint like this, but I've never given it much thought!

I think this was one of the only drawings I've done where the characters look cute and not like my usual style OTL The composition was great too, i wish i knew how i did it!!! XD its one of my most successful and my favorites too! XD
Now the painting part, thats iffy, cuz its not really 'painted' per say altho i do do the painterly thing to most of my art now XD what i did was upload the drawing, clean all the nasty paper color away except for parts that need it, and THEN painted over it with overlay/translucent layers, so that way in some parts u still see the lines and others not LOL
Yeah I can probably teach you! Altho it took me all of highschool to get it to the point im at LMAO so we'll see how quickly u pick it up!
its mostly a matter of finding the right look you want with a brush/pen tool, and understanding where light and shadow falls on the face
And also
never using the airbrush or blend/smudge tool
those are evil
only use airbrush/blend for gradients and skies and stuff
cuz it usually gives a rly poopy effect that isnt what ppl want LOL

Well, I'm in my 3rd Year of University now, and I'm only just getting to grips with drawing people! I've always been more of an animal artist than anything else; but I have all these human characters in my head that I always want to get down on paper, I just have to persevere and figure out a style I like, which I hope is what I'm doing now!
