This is a very pretty capture but I have one question: Why did you choose to keep the shot so dark? DId you edit the shot or just use the Jpeg or RAW image? I think if you would've edited the lighting, or even just edited the shadows and highlights, the impact could've been much greater.
The DOF and composition are well done. The colors may have been captured a little better with different editing. The technique you used to capture the shot was well executed and I like that you shot the flower asymmetrically.
Again... pretty shot and nice job!
