Lovely idea and concept behind this one. But just a few critiques:
1) The chick appears to be too small. They fit quite a bit more snugly in the egg, so it'd prolly need to be about 25% bigger
2) Reducing the opacity if the chick is a little odd.. although I'm not sure if that was intended, so this part is more of a question of why, rather than critique
3) the edges on the chick are a little too "solid" looking for something that's feather
4) Shadows! Underneath the chick.
