I find this picture quite unique and I really do like the type of a picture you picked. Not everyone would take a picture upside down or a picture of a wet rose.
The vision of this is quite bad. The picture is too dark and there could be more contrast here and the tones could be warmer, considering that the rose is yellow-ish and the background is green.
The way you took this photo, could have been different. You could've picked a different angle or different settings of the camera. Different color balance and less ISO. The camer aperture should have been bigger. F25 is just really closed and the camera doesn't capture much light. High iso ruined the resoluiotn. If you had the lens on F3.5, you could use ISO on 100 or 200 and the shutter speed could even be 1/200.
I think that you could learn how to work with your camera.

Please forgive if this a good critique, it's my first time writing one.
First off, I was amazed by the impact - The contrast of the white rose and green leaves automatically draws the eye (well, for me anyway) straight to the photo. I also think the dew drops are a great effect for the rose - it makes it look more crisp and fresh, in my opinion.
I think the angle also helps to draw the eye to the photo due to the angle. It is not like other rose photos, where the bud is visible, because I think the angle makes it more unique.
I love this shot because of the quality, the clearness and clarity of the photo; it isn't hard to see what you are trying to do here.
I don't really have any things to suggest for you to improve on with this. I think you are a great photographer, and will be even greater in the future.
