15 years after the most powerful alternative ending, in which Naruto and Sasuke died at the Valley of the End. Sakura becomes Tsunade’s successor few years after Kakashi's reign.
“She is wearing anger, remorse, fear… and regret on her face. She blames herself for everything, took the burden to redeem her sins – for being weak and useless. Sakura’s been wearing thick mascara, letting it smudge under her emerald eyes, concealing the dark circles from sleepless nights. Her now cold demeanor hides how deeply crushed she is inside. She is the weak that represents power.”

I've always liked the idea of Sakura being hokage but with Naruto and Sasuke alive. They could be heroes, idols bringing the peace to the whole world and Sakura would rule Konoha.

If you include Naruto and Sasuke, I would make them Legendary Sannins! But I still can't imagine Sakura taking the seat of Hokage instead of Naruto when he's around. XD

HAHAHAA! But the plot twist is very interesting that's why it inspired me to draw Sakura like this! Actually I'm planning to make a FanFiction based on this artwork, where Sakura actually hate it when people call her "Tsunade's successor'.

If this really happened I think Konoha 11 will be somewhat separated. Sakura will choose not to marry and ended up sleeping with Kakashi out of guilt (so dark of me).
I wasn't quite satisfied with the ending as well, but for a happy ending, I think it will do.
