They couldn't afford a sitter, or to take any time off, so they brought her to the Nook
○ When she was younger, she consistently found the other kids' candy stashes around the Nook. She would take their candy for herself, assuming they left it around because they didn't want it. She was very emotional after her sugar highs then, but luckily she's grown out of that
○ She briefly met Blueberry one day. She had fallen asleep in one of the play rooms after staying up all night. He woke her, and when she realized where she was, she ran off in embarrassment
○ All the sugar and running around eventually flipped her sleep schedule. She ended up sleeping during the day and staying up during the night. She became very antisocial and stopped talking to even the Wynglings who happened to be up at such late hours
○ The late hours caused her eyesight to become more accustomed to the low lighting that came with it. However, anything brighter than normal indoor lighting hurts her eyes now. She refuses to go outdoors during the day unless she has sunglasses, or if it's overcast
○ Alma tried repeatedly to curb her sugar addiction and fix her sleep schedule, but these attempts only ended with Boba being incredibly irritable and less likely to listen to authority figures
○ During Warptide, she hid in her room, alone. Her roommate didn't return while the Deelagun was attacking the town. She theorizes that they were killed or otherwise injured during the initial attack

Luckily, an older gro gave her a handkerchief and some advice that she's taken to heart. She's trying to be more positive and live in the moment again
○ She met Blueberry again, this time as his roommate. She helped him readjust to living in the Nook, and they became friends quickly. He told her that his mom was ill, and they both worried she caught the plague

The two then spent the rest of the day, and much of the next day, searching for Blueberry in the woods. They found him injured and passed out on a path very deep in the woods, and brought him straight to Dr F, who fixed him up and sent them home with some ointment

○ One night, near the end of Skittersweet, Boba visited Lasso's ranch just after sunset. She's not sure what she ran into there, but she woke up the next morning at Dr F's, still with her costume and candy, with Darryl by her side. Blueberry came in not long after she woke up to apologize for his behavior. They theorize she had a run in with a Saynamo, despite how ridiculously rare the spite is
○ Not long after this, Boba was suddenly hit with a growth spurt. She and Blue began spending a lot of time together again. Mushroom was startled to see her when she first returned
○ During one of these afternoons at Blue's house, Boba followed Darrylicorice into Blue's Uncle Cookie's old room. She'd never entered the room before, because she felt it would be too intrusive. Strangely enough, she seemed to recognize the purple 'gro in the photographs in the room
○ As the two of them got a little older, something felt a little different when Boba and Blueberry spent time together. He finally took her out to the park and then serenaded her. He asked her out after. She said yes, and they were officially boyfriend and girlfriend
○ After dating for nearly a year, Blueberry and Boba get a little carried away and she ends up eggbound. The two of them tell Mushroom and prepare the spare room for the new baby.
