Description
Durga:In my wanderings around the web, doing brief research on manticores, I came across an image of Durga. The Hindu goddess is called on to battle Mahishashur, a powerful demon. Inspiration struck.
She is depicted with a variety of weapons. The images show either eight or ten arms. Illustrated seated on either a tiger or lion.
Her hands don't really grasp the weapons, it takes a bit tedious effort to pose the hands. I haven't collected all the weapons in scene yet, hence the WIP.
No offense is meant for those of Hindu faith.

a few notes:
1: Good WIP so far, especially the tiger (i could use one)
2: dunno if all 8 arms would be able to be positioned properly, or you could try having the other six appear from the back
3: Look up Schlabler's free stuff for hand poses.

1: Thanks.
2: I haven't really tried to pose her arms yet, other than to make the figure. The arms are in a default pose. I could try an alternating zig-zag pattern, but all the images that I viewed of Durga have her arms stacked one on top of the other.
3: I'll check it out.

well when doing multi-arm pics, partial poses were a godsend, except for using A3/V3 figures, then they became a semi-godsend
