Yum! This is an entry for 's January contest! The theme is "Candyland: Kingdom of Sweet Adventures."

Since I don't crochet amigurumi, this was a toughie for me. After some hard brainstorming, I finally came up with an idea. What gives these larger than life candies their shape is toilet paper tubes! Using double pointed needles, I knitted in the round (stockinette stitch) to the desired length and then wrapped up the ends with hair ties.

These could be used as cute gifts, especially if you placed something small (like candy!) inside. They also double as armwarmers!
