This picture from MLP Gameloft is based on a form Fluttershy took on in IDW's "Ponies of Dark Water". In the story, the Main Six are corrupted by hot springs that were contaminated by Dark Magic, causing their most significant traits to be twisted and turning them into villainous versions of themselves.

Speaking honestly here, I did take the time to reread the "Ponies of Dark Water" comic a few times, but even then...the story as a whole wasn't one that I considered to be even remotely impressive. The concept was interesting, yet how Thom Zahler and Tony Fleecs executed and handled the whole thing was far from well-done. It came across as too bland, disorganized, mean-spirited, and childish. If the people behind MLP (G4) in general were truly wanting to create a story featuring evil versions of the Main Six, whether it'd be through a television special or comic, then they really should've taken more time figuring out how to make it something genuine and sensical.

But, I will admit that the designs for the Main Six in their corrupted forms were very interesting. Fluttershy's in particular was quite honestly the most heartstopping, that's for sure.
