As stated in this very verse, even a child is capable of doing terrible things beyond compare. Whether they were never guided by an adult or come from an abusive family hardly matters, because all people are capable of sin, no matter the age.There is no such thing as an entirely pure person, and no one is immune to sin. In the case of Cozy Glow, she made her choice to do terrible things and paid the price for it. Being a child does not excuse ANYTHING.
