It just looks outdated and mainstream.

I was about to say, this was a kick ass webdesign back in 2007. Dont know what the judge has seen in recent years, but Creatix86 has far better work in this portfolio!

So just because of the lack in credits you give away a DD to a piece of work which is outdated? You must be joking. You think the Sennheiser Logo in this design is a stock-artwork?
Again all the credit to Creatix86 and the other beautiful stuff he has done, but with this suggestion, you clearly demonstrated that you have no idea about webdesign.

You clearly demonstrated that you didn't understand the principle of DDs. It's not the point whether a work is up to date or not. It's simply about what the DD moderator likes. There are several selection criterions and in the case of older web designs also some in the context of then common coding techniques if you like.

Thats true I only mentioned the date when this piece of work was created, which obviously cannot be a criteria for a DD. However your stating because of the lack in credits you gave a DD to a piece of work which was done years ago?
In Webdesign for example there are several aspects such as
- Usability
- Accessibility
- Functionality
For me a DD is something that is achieved by a piece of work which is simply outstanding. Your right, iam not the one to judge that, thats the job of the DD moderator. However I expect a little more competence from someone in this position and for me its like an amateur is judging websites.

well... im really happy to get a DD anyway you know? and obvisually whoever diddnt like this did check out my more recent work anyway. aaand 89 people faved it, so it cant be that bad. thanks again for the feature lilyas, its really appreciated no matter what!
