Correct me if I'm mistaken, but if what Julie's saying is supposed to be kind of japanese, then "Give me my cellphone back, ne!" translates to "Give me my cellphone back, you know?"
it'd probably be better off if she said "Give me my cellphone back!"

No it would be correct but Julie´s "ne" isn´t for the Japanese "ne"
