The shoulders are marvelous! Also the feet and the armor on the pants. Great. I like archers a lot because they don't rush into battle just like that. You have to think about a character that doesn't rush into fights.

I have to agree with you, archers are among my favorite offensive positions. I like how they are used more for strategy than blunt force. It is sort of like they are the guardians for the front line. They protect as the first wave advances and provides cover for a retreat. I also like how they trade strength for speed.
