A collaboration between myself and my friend Rachael Hayes , we were tasked in bringing to life the mascot of Gander.co . Meet Bruce, the lovable, cuddly goose, who is completely poseable and comes with some of his own accessories! Bruce was an absolute pleasure to work on, and I hope to make more dolls his size in the future.
Head and feet are resin cast pieces, painted with acrylics. He has a plastic ball-jointed armature for strength and flexibility, and his four feather “fingers” have aluminum wires in them. His beak can open and close with the help of a magnet to keep it shut.
I can't remember the exact measurements of him, but he was a big dude!
