Sharpies! Thin tip for the colors and thick tip for the gray.
And Bee paper is a type of sketch paper for detailed pencil and pen/ink work. I've found Micron pens work best on this kind of paper.

these are very cool. surprising considering it's marker, stands out and the way it's composed reminds me of some kind of bubbling, mossy nature scene contrasted against completely non-organic wacky sky action.
