Description
My half of an art trade with ~Tokubon of her unnamed dragon character.The scanner messed with the colours a bit - the green and yellow is a bit softer in person.

I have not D: In fact, I'm currently looking at coloured pencil techniques - I want to know how I can make the colouring smooth enough that I don't see any white spots on the paper.

I will NEVER know how to get rid of the white spots. Ever. It's like they're immune to colour.
