Nice macro shot - I particularly like the 'lightbox' feel to this one, although if I'm honest I'd probably have tweaked the contrast ever so slightly in PS. (A tad more contrast would probably bring out some more of the detail on the chain links as well.)
Nice subtle frame style as well.

excellent depth of field. the detail in the foreground is precise and the use of white space gives the photograph a minimalistic feel. i think this is a great shot, and i think the innocuous nature of the composition lends itself well to the overall emotive quality of the photo.
