Well, considering that Malak appears in almost all levels, with Agatha even calling him "daddy" at one point and Malak saying, that he has "a loyal pet as well" (Doom Ducky), I would pick Malak as the caretaker.
Bierce probably not so much. (Considering she only wants wealth, power and fame and probably doesn't care about other people.)
