Yeah... Bertram often has hallucinations, nightmares and panic-attacks, all of which Tyrion warned Jon about. Tyrion does care for his stepson, unlike Sansa.

XD Of course, Tyrion's always the nicer one that wants to give people the benefit of the doubt but Bertram has always been naturally closed off to the idea of a step-father as are most children, especially since he never met his real father and was conditioned by Sansa to not only believe his father was a monster but that he himself was a monster fo being related to him.
