Fatality Concept for Scorpion in Mortal Kombat

It's like the step missing between Ed Boon's stick figure layouts and the motion capture sessions.

I haven't added any gore or anything. The focus is on the idea. I hadn't done any kind of animations in a long time but it didn't seem to matter. I think it turned out pretty well considering I used zero references. I didn't even get up to act it out. Just drew it, added frames where needed, and revised movements that looked wrong. It was fun. I may do some more. I guess according to the character select screen, the next one would be Liu Kang.
