Description Discworld fanart. This is the...you know...the FAMOUS scene from Guards! Guards! Vimes is so cool Especially when he's packing heat (Ha ha. I made pun joke).
In the original sketch I did it looked like he was wearing pajamas, but after reading through that part in the book again I realized they made no mention of the color of his pants. Then the phrase "Half naked in a lady's bed" suddenly gave me a better picture of this scene. Go figure I might add a background at some later date.

The text really adds to the effect and the expression on Errol's face is brilliant. This is brilliant to me at the moment (well it would be anyway, but I'll shut up) because I've just finished re-reading Guards!Guards!.

Ohhh, wow! That's so good, I love it! You're such a good artist - the line art's fabulous, as are the colours... and the fluffy, pink slippers are priceless! *gapes at pic* Wow... and "Guards! Guards!" has got to be one of my favourite books, too. Excellent work. I will have to this.
