Nice work on the single features. Especially the eyes look beautiful. But I have my problems to understand if the head is slightly tilted or not. The single parts don't really fit together. And take a look at the shape of her head. There's to much skull on the upper right side. It's a bit weird where all the hair is coming from.

The light makes her eyes literally glow here, which makes for an intense, if somewhat unrealistic and otherwordly, impression. It would be creepy if the rest of the lighting weren't so friendly and the rest of her face didn't appear so otherwise non-threatening. As it is I think this image works quite well indeed. Good job.
