this is the first time I saw a super girl character whose using shield, kinda the girl version of capt america, but she's cool, man.and not long after I finished drawing this, I read New Avengers, and there's a scene where mockingbird fights using Cap's shield, and I thought, wow

this is an awesome image. she looks great. and i know all about mockingbird. back in the 1980's, when i was kid, i had a comic book crush on her... until she died.

she started off as hawkeye's wife. but i thought they were getting a divorce after the whole secret invasion thing. i like her new look, though. she's a lot tougher than she was in the 80's; back then, she was just very angry.
