Yes but how do you achieve this...smudginess? I mean there are no white gaps and the colors blend well together. How do you achieve that by color pencils? :/

I blend with lighter colours. I use the Fabel Castell Polychromos, they're based on oil. For example when I colour skin, I lay down at first a thin layer of the lightest skin colour I have (132), then I colour the skin with darker colours and put down shadows, Then I blend with the lightest colour again, how much I press with the pencil decides how much blended it will be. On spots which can be light, I blend with white. And I always keep my pencils sharp, because then they leave out less white gaps.

I think the price for Polychromos is very ok, I bought my box of twenty-something pencils on amazon for 28 euros or something. I think it's very good quality for that price. They're usually more expensive in art supply stores.
I will consider making a tutorial, I haven't thought of it yet. Would people really want to know how I draw stuff?
