Finally!
For months I was searching for a proper nude back to remake this render and now, thanks to kamilszy's topless mod it's done 
I combined two images to do this, it's not a mesh-mod
Made with XNALara and Photoshop CS4
-Topless Lara mod by ~kamilszy
-Legend Lara by CarbinT
-Hair Brushes by =para-vine
Pose and everything else by me
