I think he/she is an art thief who modifies your work in order to say he/she is the artist but clearly it is based on your Excella Gionne drawing. The only thing this guy or girl did was to draw digitally on your drawing.

You really captured her essence! Definitely one of the best Excella pics I have seen in a long while. Unlike most people, I actually liked Excella. I didn't like how they used her only for sex appeal though. She is bad ass on Mercs Reunion too!
