Description
'After the death of the Wicked Witch of the West many believed Oz would return to a state of peaceful equilibrium, but the vacuum of potential left by the Witch after her demise drew many contenders for her power. Evil emerged from all corners of Oz to challenge the dominion of the Emerald City over the lands, and young Dorothy was pulled back to the fantastical realm to assist her comrades in the wars against evil. As if intuitively aware of her plight, the Ruby Slippers transformed in readiness for war; becoming enchanted Ruby Grieves to protect Dorothy in battle and allow her to teleport anywhere in the kingdom of Oz via temporal rifts. To match the new powers gifted to Dorothy, her faithful canine companion Toto was also transformed via the Ruby Grieves' power, matching his fiercely loyal nature with a stature more able to protect Dorothy.
Marked as the Captain of the Emerald City guard, Dorothy was knighted as 'Lady Dorothea of Oz - Warrior of the Realm', and provided with the Emerald Lance - an enchanted weapon with unknown potential. Unfortunately, The Scarecrow, Lion and Tin Man were lost in the ensuing battles, and now donning the effects of her fallen comrades, Lady Dorothea forges ever onward into the dark...'
