Surrealist piece based on the movie Batman Begins when he was falling on the rooftop after his initial encounter with Scarecrow with the psychedelic drugs starting to take effect.

Thank you, its also the one I'm most proud of, and to this day the only painting I've been able to do in one sitting as I tend not be able to stop thinking too much, especially when it comes to my art.

Oh my gawd, this is amazing! ^ v ^ I love the the splatter-like affect of this piece, bringing the figure together, and creating this grunge-like texture. It really unifies the piece.

There is a feeling of psychedelic effect, based on the gore/blood that is depicted and that his eyes are red, which normally would not be present, i would like to think that we must be under the influence more then the subject is, perhaps this is because i don't see any secondary subjects or items shown that would indicate he is in an UN-naturall state of mind.. But that's just me.

I apologize I never responded before. Yes the scene in Batman Beings where he falls onto the rooftop after his encounter with Scarecrow is what inspired me for this painting. He is pulling himself up from the side while still under the spell of the psychedelic drug.

I like it! I'm not into comics, just the Batman movies but I really like how you chose to render it, and the end result looks great!

thank you.. it actually looks much better in person, i couldnt get the camera to do it justice no matter how many angles and shots i took, with the boldness of the colours.
