I've a question; how do you make the quality so nice? When my friend makes icons, it turns all grainy and in general bad quality. We can't figure it out.

I usually have to mess around with the compression settings a lot when I export them, but generally you want to have as few colours as possible (which you can change during export if need be) and reducing the lossy setting will reduce the graininess. I use Animate/Photoshop so that's fairly simple to do but if you don't use those then ezgif.com can help you with gif compression
