Well Asylum has a lot of Joker in him. In a good way! Like a cult leader.
I also like how the cops are only gonna work as temp allies until Asylum is taken down.

Yeah I just basically did make himΒ joker XD I honestly didn't have time to REALLY delve into his character yet because I rushed the comic and shortened it to fit my deadline for class.
