magikarp variations, team plasma style!

^^ Variations are a big deal. I see a lot of people being picky about if they fall in the realm of breeding possibility's. Well that does make sense to do it by egg group...

but what if someone messed with the breeding, science style! Genetic engineering, or breeding.. in essence making impossible pokemon variations by normal means.

there are a lot of evil teams out there... so with my friends suggestion of team plasma (since they made Genosect) this is kinda like...what is they did this to take over the oceans?

....also i just felt like drawing a LOT of fish things... when I did this...
