Simple and effective... like it .. although the curving on the buttons does feel a touch too jaggy; .. fix that and it'll be even better.

@sticksuwp, you probably dont have the font which is being used in the screenshot - HandelGotDLig - its payware, you might be able to find it somewhere around
(ATTENTION FREASE) and for the y'z toolbar theme, im using a different method to achieve this look - check here for details - [link]
basically you have to use the y'z toolbar theme provided and use the included .bmp as a background image for explorer (i use tweakui to do that, its easier)

Great theme... I was wondering, why dont my fonts ever match the fonts the preview pictures show... It's not just this skin, its all the ones i use.. Also, i have YZ Toolbar, but how do i get my back/forward buttons to look like the ones you have used in this skin? -Thanks, Ryan-
