i've got a headcanon that teodrick says they should put on body paint and assume each other's identities for a day to see if they can get away with it and keru has a flashback to the last time he had on body paint, probably adding that it didn't work too well last time he wore it
teodrick would probably say something like "my dude, this is why we do each other's paints

I had the same thought though but I am pretty sure that impersonating a "advisor" is some sort of crime °-°
But Keru would be in for that simply because the face his king would make when he isn't able to spot what is different (And for some reason Keru is now the same hight as him ... what is going on) but doesn't want to show it what probaly makes it super akward for him ...
And Keru would poke at Shade and try all sorts of things while trying his berst to be the best Teodrick the world has ever seen.

I think Lyron would be neutral to Keru but would be pretty chill with him and might even remark how similar him and Teodrick seemed to be, maybe even asking if he's sure the two of them aren't somehow related
(Keru is such a sweet bean though)
That would totally be Teodrick though, holding in his laughing as best he can and when the gig is up he'd dart out the front gates and-

I'm sure Lyron would think about being friends with Keru, for sure
But the dilemma of being friends with his prey's friend/bro might hold him back quite a bit X'D
He probably wouldn't want to hurt Keru so he'd be pretty hesitant to grow any sort of relationship
